Great experience! Clean, tidy and everything we could have wanted. Kathy and Hec took extra care with all of the little things so that it felt like a home away from home. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Highly recommend!!
The apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet area; not overrun by tourists, making it a good place to get connected with the locals. All the shops you need for your visit are at a nearby shopping centre just a 3-minute walk away. The area also has a nice playground. The apartment is well connected to the public transport system.
Kathy and Hec are very friendly Kiwis, happy to help where ever they can to make your stay as splendid, comfortable and pleasant as possible. Thanks again for the warm hospitality during our stay. All in all, we can definitely recommend the apartment and are hoping to visit again soon!
Great location. Well maintained and clean. Hosts very friendly and welcoming. The kids especially loved going to see the eels every morning. Will definitely be back.

Thanks to owners of the property Kathy and Hector for such a great place to stay. Quiet with great natural surroundings of plants, trees and a stream. The studio is warm and has all the equipment needed for a comfortable stay. Sky TV and WIFI included. Good quality Gas BBQ was perfect for those BBQ steaks, lamb chops and sausages. Only a 2 minute walk to the fantastic Mairangi Bay beach. Supermarket, shops and restaurants also only 2 minutes walk away. My parents really enjoyed their stay. Highly recommend.
The whole place was so beautiful! We enjoyed our stay it was cozy and felt like home. Kathy & Hec were the best and made us feel so welcome! Definitely will be staying here again during our next trip!
Everything! It’s beautiful and clean and has everything you could possibly need. The table and gardens outside are such a wow factor. The location is really close to the beach and all the local shops, restaurants and amenities. The hosts are the kindest & friendliest you will ever meet.
