Check-In & Checkout
On your arrival, please park your vehicle in front of the large white doors. Normally we will be here for you at check-in, but if not, we will mutually arrange with you where a door key will be placed.
Check in no earlier than 2.00 p.m. – or earlier by request and availability.
Check out no later than 10.00 a.m. – or later subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation. No Prepayment needed.
If you must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we would really appreciate it if you gave us as much notice as possible so we can advertise again and not lose our valued business.
House Rules
Smoking is permitted outside only, please use the ashtray provided.
We apologise we cannot accommodate your pets as we have two cats who are very timid (although once they get used to you, they might be more sociable).
Parties and events are not permitted.
We hope you understand that we ask you to refrain from cooking strong-scented foods, i.e., curries, fish, etc. Unfortunately, the odour lingers in the studio for a long time and is not pleasant for our next guests.

Just wonderful!
The apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet area; not overrun by tourists, making it a good place to get connected with the locals. All the shops you need for your visit are at a nearby shopping centre just a 3-minute walk away.
The area also has a nice playground. The apartment is well connected to the public transport system. Thanks again for the warm hospitality during our stay. All in all, we can definitely recommend the apartment and are hoping to visit again soon!

Great location within walking distance of restaurants and grocer. Quick walk to beach and Cliff Walk. Short drive into Devonport and Auckland.
